Brian Cornell began Cornell Painting and Small Repair in 1988,

 

painting interiors and exteriors and learning from one of the best in the

 

area. This business evolved into small remodels including garage

 

constructions and basement refinishes.

 

 

In 1996 Cornell Painting and Small Repair expanded into C&E

 

Construction. This partnership served clients from Milwaukee,

 

Wisconsin to Los Angeles, California.
